To provide our customers with the highest confidence and peace of mind, we provide remote monitoring services through our wholesale provider’s state-of-the-art monitoring system. We also offer alternate monitoring telecommunication services to provide back-up, or to replace traditional phone systems.
The central station through which we provide monitoring services is fully redundant, certified by Underwriters Laboratories and Factory Mutual and meets or exceeds regulatory agency requirements for alarm monitoring centers. Our clients can rest assured that their system is safe and in trusted hands.
In addition to working with our wholesale provider to offer these remote monitoring services, Connectivity Point also offers alternate monitoring telecommunication services. These can back up or replace traditional phone systems.
