Point/Group brings home Best Places to Work award

Accepting the award on behalf of the companies (L to R): Tom Aube, Tim Hooper, John Herrick, Tanya Estes, Jim Cyr, Mell Hamlyn, Doug Watt.

On October 4, Connectivity Point/Connectivity Group received our Best Places to Work in ME award!

This year, the awards presentation was less about numerical rank and more about survey scores. The employee survey has more than 75 questions that are grouped into eight categories–Leadership & Planning, Culture & Communication, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training-Development & Resources, Pay & Benefits, and Overall Engagement. Our score for Overall Engagement was 92 (last year 91), and our overall score across the entire survey was 86 (last year was 87).

One thing the survey does without question is confirm what we already know–that we have an awesome, dedicated, professional group of employees that work hard every day to serve customers and each other. We are honored to receive this award four years in a row!
