Connectivity Point (CPDI) recently purchased two mobile containment units (MCUs) for installations in patient areas of medical facilities.
When work is done above a ceiling, ceiling tiles are removed, which can dislodge dust and bacteria. While this material doesn’t affect most people, it can be a serious threat to patients with compromised immune systems.
The MCU’s vacuum system prevents this material from entering patient space. CPDI performs work in many major hospitals and has a large number of healthcare related customers. MCUs are only required in specific areas, since working in these units adds considerable time and expense for the facility. But where and when they are required—CPDI is ready!
